There is a report button. You can find it in the Help menu.
As stated, you can press escape and click help in-game. We do review all reports and act accordingly. If for some reason this isn't working for you, just take a screenshot and head over to https://support.playdauntless.com/ you can use the "submit request" button at the top left and we'll take a look at it there.

Expected Behavior: Challenges do not go away after week roll over, patch update, etc.
Actual Behavior: weekly challenges disappear

Reproduction steps: Log into game after week change over, look at weekly challenges, notice they are missing.
System Specs: Not applicable for quest listing bug... if the type of CPU I have does effect this, we need to have a discussion about your coding practices.

Changing instances or relogging should fix this, though a few changes were made.
Because of this, slayers that quickly completed them will see them partially completed and available to be completed again. Sorry for the confusion!

Just to let you know, we take all player reports seriously and investigate them, as well as take actions according to the investigation.
