Hello everyone,

we know you're excited about Wolcen's next patch and we are happy to say that its final phase is coming to a close, and the last Svriir has been hammered into place, after some minor developmental delays. This does mean, however, that our original delivery window was pushed closer to Christmas than planned. While releasing during the festive period was an option it is, ultimately, neither sensible nor desirable.

When we release a content update we always make sure a task force is available to identify and fix important issues reported by the players, and we wouldn’t be able to achieve this without having our colleagues work over the Christmas and end of year holidays. While we would have loved to let you all try out our new end game missions sooner, most of you will probably be spending time with friends and family and we want to make sure all our coworkers are able to as well.

Hello everyone,

We have entered the final phase of development for our next content update and we are now focused on polishing the new end game activities. Testing these activities internally, sharing feedback and working to ship the best version possible takes up a big chunk of our time, so we’ll keep it short for this month’s development update.

We expect to release 3 New End-Game Activities that will be added to the Expeditions with our next content patch, which we plan on releasing around mid-December. The system we have put in place will allow players to choose between multiple mission types at any time to suit their preferences. Choice can be based on difficulty, the quality of rewards, favored playstyle, character strengths, or the unique challenge of the activity.

Hello everyone,

We are currently working on a content patch that will be the second part of Bloodstorm. This content patch will add more of the features announced, as well as some others that we will add based on your feedback, such as:

  • Legendary & Unique items to be marked on the minimap.
  • Increase maximum stack size for Gems and Crafting Reagents from 20 to 100.

We are also working on developing other top suggested Quality of Life improvements such as “Making the latest difficulty level chosen in the Expeditions window be the one selected by default when opening the UI”, that we hope we can have for our next patch, or the one after depending on how well we progress on other core changes. Chronik I: Bloodtrail ist nun seit fast zwei Wochen veröffentlicht und wir möchten uns bei Euch für all Euer Feedback bedanken.
