We really can't help with banned accounts here. The best thing to do is follow the instructions in this article: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts.

Hi there, @The_JugHead.

I see you were emailed on February 19th with further instructions. It's possible that email ended up in your spam folder or it's under the Promotions tab. You need to contact a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. They should be able to help restore your access....

You'll need to submit a dispute with Terms of Service to see if they can lift the ban. Please see this article for more information: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts.

Hello, @Roasted_Giblets.

Can you give me some more details? What happens when you try to play? I'm not seeing any issues with your account so it shouldn't be disabled.

Great! I'm glad that helped. You still shouldn't be disconnecting that often though. Out of curiosity, are you on a wired or wireless connection?

Hi there, @Only1ChasinDotz.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Possibly using alternate DNS servers could help. From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". Let me know what happens. Thanks!

We need to start with the basics. Unfortunately, without going through any troubleshooting, we won't be able to determine what's going on.

Hi there, @xoCRUZox.

Let's see if we can find out why you're experiencing these lag spikes. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection?
