Power cycling your equipment has been known to resolve issues like this. We're not aware of a problem with the game that is causing disconnects so we need to go through troubleshooting to try to find out why they are occurring. We always start with power cycling as it resolves numerous issues.

How far from the router are you? Also, is your game crashing and going back to the dashboard or are you disconnecting and going back to the Apex menus?

Yes. It does look the same. So, either you're running the test wrong or there's a problem with your connection since the data being sent can't get past your router. Do you have a PC? They work far better than Macs for this test.

We're not aware of anything changing with account transfers. Are you saying you want to move your gamertag, PSN ID or EA ID to a different EA account?
Your country may not support the callback option. You can try logging in using a different email to see if the chat shows up.
