When you unlink an Xbox gamertag and link it to a new EA Account, you lose all progress on all EA games. That means all your Apex Legends characters would be reset. If you're still disconnecting, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router.
