Hey, @MorbakGaming can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

Could you try to run a hotspot as network device and see if the same issue connecting to the server happens. (make sure its not connected to wifi) @Davertron3000

The data your network is routing for you most likely hitting bad server hubs before connecting to us. I wold reach out to ISP and see if they can help out on that. @AIopias

Install latest GPU drivers drivers
Disable Shader Cache in the NVidia control panel and Hit apply.
Enable shader cache and Hit apply.
Restart Computer.
