“The Trusted Platform Modules (TPM) is a chip that is either integrated into your PC’s motherboard or added separately into the CPU,”  explains David Weston, director of enterprise and OS security at Microsoft. “Its purpose is to protect encryption keys, user credentials, and other sensitive data behind a hardware barrier so that malware and attackers can’t access or tamper with that data.”

 

Hackers may have a more difficult time, cheaters maybe less so but this is not confirmed.

First, boot your console in Safe Mode and then choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

Try recording at a lower resolution. Maybe your hard drive speed is a factor, this is more likely if you do not have an SSD.

I know you have reinstalled the game but your screen shot looks like there are missing textures, this can be fixed by right clicking the game in Origin and choosing Repair.

 

Also, it seems like your GPU is factory overclocked, it may be worthwhile running it at stock clock speeds: 

 

Base Clock 1257 MHz
Boost Clock 1340 MHz
Memory Clock 2000 MHz (8 Gbps effective)

Use the utilities that came with your SSD to see if any of those show an issue.

 

It is possible the SSD is at the end of it's serviceable lifetime and may need to be replaced.

Verifying integrity via Steam should fix this but try renaming that file to C:\something\something\file.rpak.old

 

i.e. just add .old to the end. This will force Steam to actually replace that file and hopefully get you going.

Probably worthwhile running chkdsk on the SSD to check for errors, potentially fix some and mark bad sectors so they do not get used.
