Bluescreening is outside of the scope of support we provide but I think that further downclocking (to the point of running everything at stock clock speeds, no factory OC either) of your CPU, GPU and RAM will likely be the fix.

Assuming you have already right clicked the game in Origin and chosen Repair...

 

It may be worthwhile checking if this is a PC stability issue by running your CPU, GPU and RAM at stock clock speeds (no factory overclock either)

This sounds like you are getting some kind of audio feedback. 

 

Try using headphones rather than the TV speakers as this will help prevent an audio feedback loop.
