The team is aware of the voices automatically changing.
Ability to switch from localized voice overs to English.

That could sounds anti-virus related. See if the game launches after adding Origin and Apex Legends to your anti-virus exception list. Running Origin as administrator can help get around permission issues, too.
Deleting the Origin client and re-installing the latest version could help too.

What type of controller are you using in your left hand, this is very interesting. It's a more unconventional way of playing compared to the majority of players. Try setting the DNS manually on your console to the Google one (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) It's been working for people having constantly having disconnections/server timeout errors.

Have you tried reinstalling the game yet to see if it's related to corrupted files, perhaps from updating the game?
/BlueberryWe've seen this pop up before and it can result in brief server or network issues. A power cycle with your network and the console via this steps below should fix it.
