Hey @yukisukii your UO Trace is showing some obvious connection issues.
You have some very high ping times well before you reach the EA servers, a ping of 100ms or more is cause for concern and you have pings multitudes of this.

Hey @jinkproblenk if you are seeing the issue with one ISP but not on another then this would point to a network or ISP issue. The best thing to do is to speak with their support and troubleshoot the issue.

I would recommend speaking with the ISP in question and troubleshooting the issue with them.
