You seem to be having a number of issues with your system @7Sark7. I'm seeing multiple BSOD issues as well as issues with various games. Can I ask when running Apex Legends are you running any third party software? If so can you disable it and try again to see if it makes a difference.

I assume that they request your own information @Sati_Sati so as to discourage people from abusing the report function and making multiple false reports against other users.

That's an odd one @Mahiro55.

 

When it occurs on the menu screen do you need to close down Apex Legends and reopen it or does it fix itself?

Sorry to see that you are having issues @Tonythetigerrr21/

 

A number of users facing this issue found the following steps fixed it for them:

  • Log into your modem / router
  • Turn OFF UPNP.Turn off PC UPnP Service:Press: Windows-button a window should pop up. Write: “services.msc” (without the “) then press enter
  • In the list of services, scroll down to “UPnP Device Host”, click it and press “Stop service”. Now do the same thing but with the service “SSDP Discovery”.Exit the window and go to control panel-> Network and Internet...

There is to be no accusations made against any users on AHQ @Pesqez. It does not matter what evidence you have, it is simply not acceptable.

 

Any breach of the naming and shaming rule will be actioned.

No one is protecting cheaters @Z_Leighton, we just do not allow naming and shaming on AHQ as it can be a form of bullying.

If you suspect a user of cheating then please report them using the steps I shared above. AHQ is not a place where you can make accusations against other users.

Thanks for that @GodzillaHaido. I have seen others having the issue on PS4 and pressing the options button and selecting to return to the main menu seems to fix the issue and all us to start a game together again.

 

I imagine that it could be ISP related as some users have reported that setting a dynamic IP has got rid of the issue.
