Considering all the steps you have done @replurki I would assume that this issue is related to something on your network or router stopping you connecting. 

Can you try setting your phone as a hotspot and see if you can connect through it?

You should be able to transfer your games across without much bother @stormster_1.

 

I've done it on the past when I was reinstalling my OS and didn't want to redownload over a terrabyte of games.

You can move your games to a new hard drive or computer relatively easily @stormster_1.  You just need to follow the steps below and you should be good to go:

 

  1. Copy your Origin Game Library folder to wherever you want it.
    • The default location is “C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\”
  2. Set the Origin Game Library Location to the new location.
    • In Origin open up Settings
    • Select the “Installs & Saves” tab.
    • Under “Game library location” select “Change folder…”
    • Locate the new folder.

Risk of Rain 2 is not an EA title @7Sark7. As I said above, your DxDiag is showing that you are having a number of system issues as well as issues with games and other programs. 

 

Have you tried exiting out of all the programs working in the background or even done a clean boot of your system to see if it makes a difference? If not then I would recommend doing so and trying the game again: ...
