Sorry to see that you are having issues @Tonythetigerrr21/

A number of users facing this issue found the following steps fixed it for them:

• Log into your modem / router
• Turn OFF UPNP.Turn off PC UPnP Service:Press: Windows-button a window should pop up. Write: “services.msc” (without the “) then press enter
• In the list of services, scroll down to “UPnP Device Host”, click it and press “Stop service”. Now do the same thing but with the service “SSDP Discovery”.Exit the window and go to control panel-> Network and Internet...

Could be that you are having connection issues @Bluelagoon2018 especially if it mainly happens during peak internet usage hour. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connec...

Thanks for that @GodzillaHaido. I have seen others having the issue on PS4 and pressing the options button and selecting to return to the main menu seems to fix the issue and all us to start a game together again.

I imagine that it could be ISP related as some users have reported that setting a dynamic IP has got rid of the issue.
