@SirDiabutis That definitely looks like a card or driver issue.
I'm assuming that the W11 install comes with a full clean reinstall of all GPU drivers.

If not, that would be the next step, you may even wish to employ tools like DDU to make sure old drivers are fully removed.

If you have already taken this step, then I think you'd want to reach out to your GPU's support.

@SpookyCatto Hi, looking into this, it looks like the rewards did get delivered, though it looks like there was a delay. from a few hours after the purchase of the BP.
The legendary pack was received/opened about 10 hours after you bought the BP, and the Legendary Item was a Bocek skin.

The Packs for hitting level 7 were earned and opened a little later, they didn't contain anything notable.

@Sunzyshy Hey, in this case I don't think you have cause to worry.

If I were to guess, the fake "kill" would be part of implementing the fast changes to how matches end if abandoned, and wouldn't be tracked for any form of cheating monitoring.

Also, we have indeed implemented a form of leaver penalty.

@mr_meetyou Hey, in this case it sounds like you might not have the right version of the game. Can you check for updates from the PS4 main menu then check again?

@Back2skooldaze No, there's no requirement for your EA accounts to have the same password as your console account. In fact, it's likely more secure to have separate passwords for each account. 

For your issue, I think there's might be an account mixup. Most people use the same EA account for each console account, but there's no requirement to do so. 

I think that might be happening here, for example I see on your posting EA account there is a linked Xbox account, but there isn't a linked PS account. 

What you can do is go to ea.com, then log out. You can then log in using the PS login option. This will get you onto...

There is no such thing as a ranked season 8 holospray. They were introduced as a Season 9 reward.
I'm not doubting that you hit plat in season 8, I'm saying there was no holospray reward at that time.

@KLinorZ Hi, I think there's a mixup here, Ranked Holosprays were only introduced as Ranked rewards back in Season 9.
I expect support wasn't aware of this -it's an easy thing to lose track of- and thought it was a bug with the game.

Hi, ranks decay over time, every time there's a split (so twice per season) folks will lose 1.5 ranks.
Could this be what's happening here? When were you last verified as in Plat 3?
