Just as a test, if someone still has this, could you try using an alternate account and see if it happens there.
Also is it affecting the free reroll as well as paid ones?

Hi, event and event thematic packs are explicitly excluded from the 500 pack tracker. 

In your case from what I can see the Warriors event items have not all been acquired. There are a scattering of event unlocks, but certainly not all of them from a single event. 

Also of note, getting an event heirloom does not reset the counter.

We are aware that this is persisting for some folks and are working on it.

Also, if it's a concern of yours, I haven't seen any evidence or implication of anyone getting an account sanction for this. It's not been mentioned here, but I know it's a common concern from those seeing this issue.

@a-weird-bird Great catch. Like you say it's pretty minor, but it should be consistent. We'll pass this on, likely to be quietly fixed - something like this might not even make the patch notes - in a future update.

Thanks for that. We had more frequently seen this reported in other languages, but it's valuable to know it's happening for some EN folks too, that discounts a bunch of potential causes.

That "proof" isn't worth much as there was a widespread way to temporarily gain access to an heirloom which was fixed recently. More importantly, yours is an Xbox account and the screenshot of the inventory is from a PC.

Hey, I believe I can clear this up.

 

When you receive a charm, it'll be displayed on an all-black R-99. It does look pretty cool, but is not currently a skin.

 

We do have a charm called "Parasitic Host", and I took a look into unlocks around the time in question, and it looks like you received it then, and it's in your inventory.

Hey guys, this should be fixed now, folks should have all their correct unlocks and the heirlooms in question are no longer accessible.
