@glowstiiick Can you try resetting your Xbox privacy settings to default and see if that has an impact. You can also check at https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/privacy/index in case something's blocked which might be preventing this from showing.

@BigMacAttack8u Thanks, sorry for not seeing this. Perhaps it's releated to some privacy setting. If you use another account as a test, or log in with your account on someone else's Xbox, does the news show up?

@K3lvinTh0rn3 Sorry, I can't see any anomalies. The last reskin purchase was about 3 weeks ago, but at the time you had a little over 10k tokens, and these haven't built up significantly since then.

There have been some notification glitches where duplicate or delayed notifications have appeared for packs that were already opened. If you have a specific example we can check, but I've looked at a lot of these, and in every single case the packs are indeed being delivered correctly. As for tokens, there was an issue earlier in the season where tokens weren't being delivered, but this is fixed now any any missing tokens have been reinstated. We've seen some cases where a change to how the token counter displays/rounds off numbers can lead to confusion, but the actual token amounts are all correct.

Thanks for the post. Can I check if you use a system language other than English?

If not, can you try erasing the local saved data from the game? Don't delete/reinstall the game itself, just the stored settings data (which should also have the cache for store offers/messages)

Those sound like they might be more network-related. Can you try power cycling your router? If you have the option to use a different connection that's worth trying out too.

Thanks for the post. I haven't seen much about this. Can you try restarting your PS5 and testing with a standard controller?
Also it's probably not a factor but be sure to double check your tv is still set to gaming/fast refresh mode.

@lyntonjmoore Good catch on the ping thing, it's gone for me now too, I just didn't notice since I've been focused on Gun Run. We'll make sure that's tracked. 

As for the Level 4 shield, that was actually a change made a little while back, at the start of the season. The self-revive was removed and the Guardian Angel (health and shield on revive) perk was added.

It looks like, for whatever reason, your game didn't update. I'd close it off, give Steam a restart while you're at it, then try manually prompting an update if the game doesn't start to automatically update at that point.
