Hey, we flagged this before. From what we got back, it's not a bug or glitch, it's intended that there's extra visual recoil when one-handing weapons.

Sorry to hear about your monitor, hopefully you were due for an upgrade anyway.

Hi, from what I can see, folks are still getting into matches consistently, do you make any changes on your end for it to beback working again, or does this afflict you "randomly"?

Good eye. Even looking at it normally it kind of looks like an extra piece of metal, but I suspect that you're right and it's unintended. We'll send it up.

Hi, we'll ask folks who are missing recently purchased coins to reach out again with your proof of purchase. Even if you've contacted support before and told to wait, we have had some updates and now such cases should be addressed. 

The issue is still being investigated, but contacting again now should help to get this cleared up.

Hey, there's currently an issue with placeables on Storm Point, it's being looked into.

Your report says that it seems to happen anywhere, but can I check if all your tests were on Storm Point?

@Xx_YerDead_xX Can you make sure the PS4 game client is shut down too, just to be sure.

If this persists, can you also try resetting the password for the EA account linked to your PSN accounts?

You can log into help.ea.com using the PSN login to make sure you're on the correct account, and start the reset from there.

@I_AM_KIWIS Thanks for the post, I know this specific issue is being investigated, we flagged some similar issues with the totem's "respawn" logic earlier in the season.
