@Leertaste21 Hey, from taking a look at this, it does appear to be a misunderstanding.
The legendary unlocked item was indeed a Fuse Banner, but from what I can see you didn't own Fuse at the time. So when you clicked the banner you were prompted to purchase him and the coins option was chosen.
Unfortunately we can't help - I know most folks would prefer to spend tokens on characters - but I hope this helps to at least clarify what happened.
@Akira-s2x Hey, it looks like you got into some matches (including a win, congrats) since your post. Can I check what steps you took to get in, or did you just need to wait?
Edit: I found a bit more info, if folks encounter this they should just need to restart their game client.
I know you mentioned a restart before, but it seems there were some updates on our end before the update would address this.
Hi, we'll ask folks who are missing recently purchased coins to reach out again with your proof of purchase. Even if you've contacted support before and told to wait, we have had some updates and now such cases should be addressed.
The issue is still being investigated, but contacting again now should help to get this cleared up.

@Xx_YerDead_xX Can you make sure the PS4 game client is shut down too, just to be sure.
If this persists, can you also try resetting the password for the EA account linked to your PSN accounts?
You can log into help.ea.com using the PSN login to make sure you're on the correct account, and start the reset from there.
