@charlie Can you let me know what region you are in and in fact exactly how long your wait times are (time it). One of our programmers would like to investigate, as MAX wait time should be 2 minutes. If you could send us logs, that would be ideal.

The problem I have when I drop into team rumble is that the good games seem not to last long enough. I understand the issue with the higher kill count (especially on the old map where people could loot quicker and get to circle quicker) that some games would drag (especially the 200 kill games when half the lobby left!!). However the best games are the ones where a bit of individual rivalry builds and the speed that current TR feels as though it finishes in (accepting this is subjective), they rarely have chance to really become as enjoyable as they could.

It’s a fine line either way, but I’ll check the stats and make sure average match length isn’t too short.

Some of the best games I've had in TR (this season) are on the edges of the map where the terrain is more unusual. I really feel the nature of TR lends itself to these places far more than the BR modes. It's also a fun way to getting to play in areas of the map that are far less often visited but are really interesting in their design. Don't know how that gets incorporated into the current spawn mechanism but it's something I'd love to see given a bit of thought.

(Making the SBMM a bit more loose in TR, would also be nice. Ever since it was added, TR has become a bit too passive IMO)

We are talking about doing 25 siphon to health only, to give you a little bump per elim. Not sure if it’ll ship yet or not.

MM is much looser than core modes, but I’ll take a look at it.

Preventing people from being able to continually join, do a challenge, quit and join another game for the weeklies would probably help too.

I think you would lose those cool moments where you got the last kill for the win, or it’s 99-99 and everyone is trying to get the last shot in.

Everyone loved the way it was during those weeks, a few people complained but it was in the end of season 9 when team rumble lobbies ended with sometimes 4 players per team, because people went crazy to get 100 fortbytes and the season challenges, people used to immediately leave the match after doing a couple fortbytes or other challenges, so please take this into consideration.

I’ll look into nudging it up a bit, no promises though 😀

150/200 elims will increase the chances of the game becoming lopsided and stretching on too long - we saw that during the couple weeks we ran it at 150.

We are going to make a handful of updates to the mode in 12.0 though, I can see about giving everyone a few hundred mats @ match start so you can get into the action more quickly.

Yeah, we are still clearing out some of the LTM cobwebs, hoping to get a hotfix out soon with more weapons. Hunting Rifle, Heavy, Suppressed and Semi will be added.

Great story. I've been playing with my son since October 2017 when we launched, and he's now a million miles better than me but we still have a great time hanging out on the island a few nights a week :)

I've worked on many games, most of them M rated, so it's great to be on a project that I can enjoy with my kids. Glad you players out there feel the same way!!

Looks like some orange paint meant to be used on wood walls has been applied to the car. Will fix it up, thanks for pointing it out.
