Could you reach out to us over at https://fatshark.se/support instead please? We’ll handle it there.

Comment

Sure, I’ve sent a DM with the reason.

Comment

Hi Unholy, is it possible you participated in the Closed Beta?

The beta rewards are only available to those who participated in the Pre-Order Beta.

Oh, I’ve restored what I believe to be the correct item. It’s the higher rated one of the two.

Which Anti-Virus are you both using out of interest?

I’ve removed the screenshots to avoid any risk of personal data being exposed.

Would you be able to reach out to Microsoft Support and explain the issue to them, please?

We don’t have much visibility of monetary purchases and can only see basic information in our backend, whereas Microsoft Support will be best equipped to look in to this.

These persistent data corruption errors are particularly common when there’s a RAM-related issue at play. Please see:

Yep, all done.

Done!

I’m not actually able to refund Aquila purchases for those on Microsoft Store, only cosmetic purchases made In-Game. I recommend contacting Microsoft Support and explaining the situation to them.

No problem, all done for you.

I’ll remove your screenshot as it contains personal data, and will respond to your DM.

As odd as this sounds, we wonder if this might be related to the ‘&’ in your Windows username. This is something we need to address if this is the case, but wondered if you’d be willing to try removing it to rule out whether or not it is indeed the culprit?

That looks like a Windows error. This is the kind of crash report we’re looking for:

I’ll paste my response below.

Sorry to hear this. Is a conventional crash report produced, that you could paste here?:

  1. Reproduce the crash
  2. A window should be displayed prompting you to enter what you were doing prior to the crash occurring
  3. Enter the requested information and press ‘Save’
  4. Another window containing a long ‘GUID’ string and an option to ‘Copy to Clipboard’ should be displayed
  5. Please click the ‘Copy to Clipboard’ button and paste it in here

Alternatively, if no crash report is displayed, please provide us with your most recent console logs and darktide_launcher.log . Both can be located in the Darktide AppData directory using the instructions below:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide

Thanks in advance!

I sent a request for additional information, in my response yesterday. Could you check your email, perhaps your ‘Spam’ inbox, and respond over there please?

Comment

Interesting there’s no Darktide.exe! Could it be quarantined by your Anti-Virus?

Comment

Sorry to hear this. I can see a number of purchases are stuck in an ‘Unresolved’ state, would you be able to DM me your proof of purchase please?

Could you include some additional information, such as the operative you’re playing, and the URL to your Steam profile please?

Comment

I can’t seem to reproduce the issue on my end, and I’m not sure what the answer is admittedly. As a workaround you can disable automatic profile switching, but I appreciate that isn’t a long-term solution.
