Sorry to hear this. We don’t have oodles of experience with this particular error but it sounds like you’ve tried a lot of what we would usually recommend. I’m inclined to believe that this is more likely to be hardware-related, and PlayStation Support may be able to provide more reliable advice.

Quick update to say the telemetry has produced some interesting data and we’re back in contact with Valve to discuss what can be done.

Could you try disabling the voice chat in the ‘Options’ → ‘Audio’ menu? See if that helps!

I’m presuming no crash report pop-up was produced with these? I’d really appreciate it if you could upload your latest vermintide2_launcher.log too!
