Assuming you’re playing in Online mode, your progress is automatically saved on our servers.

If you’re playing in Offline mode, your progress is automatically saved locally to your PS4.

Sorry to hear that. Is this still consistently occurring for you?

Comment

Your CPU is below our minimum requirements but not enough to result in this being such a consistent issue imo.

I’d recommend running through the solutions here: https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360021422873--PC-How-to-resolve-Access-Violation-crashes

Odd! May I ask which countries you’re both playing from, and which ISP you’re with?

Sorry for the confusion, the patch notes were included with the submission that was intended to include Winds of Magic originally. We’ve had to split the patch up, which is why Winds of Magic is mentioned in the notes.

Winds of Magic won’t be too much longer, I promise! :frowning:

Thank you. I’ve had a look at your account and all Illusions appear to be in your inventory as expected. The items you received were:

Dread Draich - Sword Illusion, Kerillian
Skyclaw - Longbow Illusion, Kruber
Kladkrak - Hammer Illusion, Bardin
Aldthrund - Handgun lllusion, Bardin

And a Hero Skin for Kruber, and another for Zealot.

Providing this is still occurring for you, could you please upload your most recent console log? Thank you!

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs

The weapons appear in your ‘Apply Illusion’ inventory screen, correct? I ask as weapons must be unequipped across all heroes and careers for them to be modifiable.

Please send me the URL to your Steam profile and we’ll have a look.

Admittedly I haven’t been able to read through all 53 comments but I will be locking this to prevent more arguing. I’d also like to say we are aware of this video and appreciate their input.

Could you try restarting Vermintide 2 if you haven’t already, please? Sometimes a simple restart is all that’s needed.

Sorry for the late update - Christmas and all! One of our developers has confirmed this is an issue and will be patched.

Your crashes are related to the BossKillTimer mod. Please disable it to avoid crashing.

Comment

Oh, I see! The upcoming patch will address a lot of issues, so I’d actually recommend holding out for that. If you have any problems after the patch has been put live, please do let me know.

That’s unfortunate. As this is an issue with Easy Anti-Cheat, I believe your best bet would be to reach out to them directly: https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/game/contact/tech/

We can also contact them on your behalf, but please be aware this will increase the turnaround for a response. The quickest option would be for you to contact them directly.

Could you please send over another crash report so we can attempt to identify a pattern? Thank you!

The video doesn’t seem to want to work, would you mind uploading elsewhere please?

Please provide us with a crash report, which will allow us to look in to this.

To do this, after the crash occurs, a window should be displayed prompting you to enter what you were doing prior to the crash occurring. Once submitted, another window containing a long ‘GUID’ string and an option to ‘Copy to Clipboard’ should be displayed.

Please click the ‘Copy to Clipboard’ button and paste it in here. Thank you in advance.
