Unfortunately we are unable to move progression from one account to another at this time, due to limitations in our backend. Apologies!
I’ve raised this for investigation, but in the mean time you may be able to “unbreak” it by wiping your AppData. This will clear any custom options including your keybindings:
%appdata%
within the search input and select ‘OK’AppData\Roaming\Fatshark
Darktide
directoryIf this doesn’t work, see whether Steam Cloud Save is interfering by auto-restoring it. This option is accessible by right-clicking Darktide in your Steam library, selecting ‘Properties…’ and see the ‘Steam Cloud’ option within the ‘General’ tab.
The weapon must be of the same pattern. Which weapon did you extract from, and which weapon to you wish to apply to?
Could you attempt to log out and back in of both the Microsoft Store app and the Xbox app (using the same account) please? There appears to be some authentication issue and relogging on both apps may help with that.
Sorry for the delay Keisar, I’m looking in to this now.
Apologies for the late response, I had to take some unexpected time out of work. Unfortunately the Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 is still being picked up as the primary GPU. Is the NVIDIA GPU or PC new?
Apologies for the delay on this - I had to spend some unplanned time out of work. Do you have any of the Razer software installed?
Could you share the URL to your Steam profile with me, please?
It looks like your Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 is set as your primary GPU, as opposed to your NVIDIA GTX 1070, which is consequently causing your crashes. Please see ‘Solutions’ here:
Read moreCould you tell me which version of the Xbox app you’re running? Click your user → ‘Settings’ → ‘About’, and a version number should be listed at the top. Please copy and paste it in here.
To confirm, have you already checked for updates via: Right-click Darktide - ‘Manage’ → ‘Files’ → ‘Check for Updates’?
Here’s the developer’s explanation, if you’re interested in knowing more
I’ve noticed some weapons occasionally do not register the kills appropriately, both melee and ranged. I’m looking in to it and I’ll make note of this!
This will be resolved in an upcoming patch. Thank you for your report and apologies for the inconvenience.
We are aware of this and will soon be implementing an option that allows the user to clear new notifications themselves, which will provide a solution for this.
The crash data is truncated unfortunately, do you have another crash report you could pop in here?
Thank you! Could you try removing your AppData and see if there’s any improvement?
