This appears to be mod-related, but I can’t be sure which exactly is the culprit.

I’ve raised this with our developers for investigation, but I suspect some relation to your GPU drivers. Could you try a clean re-installation?:

Sadly we’re not able to, especially in cases like this where there is no crash data to work with.

We are actively looking in to reports of issues with items purchased recently from Sire Melk’s.

Existing reports may be merged here, to help us keep track of the issues being reported.

I think we might have the incorrect darktide_launcher.log from the Beta period. Please could you upload the log using the instructions below?:

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\MicrosoftStore\Darktide
4. Locate the darktide_launcher.log in this directory

Would you be able to upload (as opposed to copy-pasting) your logs instead please?

This is unfortunately a complicated issue and much of the required crash data is missing, which is an issue in itself that we need to resolve.

Could you see if anything here is able to help?:

Could you try playing after a ‘Selective Startup’? I suspect some interference from an external application here:

1. Press the Windows key
2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
4. Deselect ‘Load Startup Items’
5. Reboot your PC
6. Launch as normal, and see if the issue persists
