This specific matchmaking crash needed a code fix our side. That being said, disabling mods at the moment is likely a good shout, as there’s a few known issues.

Hi @Warwin56,

A hotfix for this has just gone live. Could you download the update and see if this crash is resolved?

Hi @krAzy

Sorry to hear that you’ve been having trouble with a crash.

Could you install our latest patch and see if the issue persists?

From your log I can see you’re running into a Deadlock crash, which are a little notorious.

I know you’ve tried a few solutions already, but if you still crash after the update, then I’d recommend running through all of the ‘go to’ solutions in this article:

Hi @mischaafro,

I have a suspicion that the ‘Loadout Manager’ mod could be the culprit here. Could you please try disabling this mod and see if the crash resolves?

Hi @Xanoth,

Thanks for the report! This one is on our radar. There’s a current bug whereby if a host disconnects/leaves, then after the host migration, the level will replay a second time when completed. We’re working on it

Hi @Samedi,

Could you please send me a message with your Steam profile URL so we can take a look at this for you?

Hi @Arthwen,

We’ve actually uncovered two issues that require code fixes our end. Unfortunately, I can’t provide an immediate solution for you - but be assured we’re working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime!

Sorry to hear that robuscuss :frowning: If the solutions in both of the articles have not proven to be successful then we may be at a bit of a loss. Would you like us to contact Steam and request that they issue you a refund?

Hi @Arthwen,

This error usually indicates a corrupted Windows User Profile.

Check that you have the latest updates for Windows installed.

You can also try running the Windows System File Checker, which will replace any corrupted Microsoft DLLs.

  1. Launch ‘Command Prompt’ as an Administrator
  2. If prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, enter the password or select ‘Allow’
  3. Enter the command: sfc /scannow
  4. Restart your PC once complete

  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify the Integrity of Game Files’ button
