No problemo! @dastardlydalton did you use the same email address to contact EAC as you use here on the forum?

Sorry to hear that @dastardlydalton :frowning:

This will need to be escalated to Easy Anti-Cheat. Usually they prefer to speak with our players directly, and you will receive a quick response time if you contact them here: Easy Anti-Cheat

Alternatively, I can reach out on your behalf but please be aware this will increase ...

Thanks @dastardlydalton

Unfortunately the crash reports are only providing a limited amount of information, and don’t show a clear indicator of the problem.

It’s very much a shot in the dark, but it may be that something external is interfering. Could you try a Selective Startup?

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC
  6. Launch Vermintide 2 as normal, and see if the issue persists

Hi @dastardlydalton,

Apologies for the delayed reponse!

Unfortunately, this crash report hasn’t provided much useful information :frowning:

You mentioned that several error codes are displayed when you try and launch the game, could you please provide a screenshot of any and all errors shown?

Hey @Anoth,

Your upload speed appears to be quite low. Hosting with low upload speed can be problematic,

Could you try enabling the ‘Small Network Packets’ option in Vermintide 2’s ‘Network’ panel.

If your ISP could boost your upload speed that would be most ideal.

As this is just occuring with ‘Official’ realm, this indicates it’s related to Easy Anti-Cheat. Are any other errors being dispayed on screen to you at the time?

Hi @icy

I’ve checked with one of our Backend Wizards and clarified what happened.

We can see the 1h axe illusion “Urklinkaz” has been purchased recently, but no others. I was mistaken before about which illusion I’d seen added to your account - apologies!!

No Shillings were charged for anything else.

I’ve gone ahead and refunded the Shillings to you so you can now purchase your desired illusion

Hi @icy,

In the backend I can see the illusion has been added to your account.

Is it possible the illusion is being displayed as a different rarity to what you’re expecting? I believe some illusion rarities are a little muddled.

We’re very aware of it :frowning: and it’s a high priority to fix.

The Minotaur crash specifically is pretty notorious, and we’re still trying to get to the bottom of it.

As to any other Beastmen-related crashes, any crash reports (if possible), or console logs so we can take a look under the hood, along with details of the level, location and event would be pretty helpful so that we can try and replicate it our end.

Hi @Nagret,

You should see an improvement with the next update to the Steam client. You can find more info here:

We haven’t made any changes that would explain a sudden onset of matchmaking issues - we’ll keep an eye on this, though.

It may be worth exploring some localised solutions e.g. check Steam ‘Download Region’ is set locally.

Unfortunately, your GPU ATI Radeon HD 3600 Series (DirectX 10.1, 1016MB) does not meet the minimum requirement. Apologies that I can’t provide another solution.

Thanks, both accounts look fine in the backend.

I can only recommend trying the solutions listed here:

Hi @Iskadar93,

We’re currently investigating connectivity issues affecting our console players, which could be related here.

Though, could you please message me with yours and your friends Xbox Gamertags? It would be useful to check to see if anything is amiss with your accounts in the backend, just in case.

Hi @RASTA

It appears that your GPU does not meet the minimum requirements for Vermintide 2, which is resulting in the crashes you’re experiencing. The minimum requirements for Vermintide 2 are:

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: 64-bit Windows 7, 64-bit Windows 8 (8.1) or 64-bit Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2300 @ 2.80 GHz / AMD FX-4350 @ 4.2 GHz
  • Memory: 6 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD 5870
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 65 GB available space

In this situation we can only recommend th...
