Not trying to hijack someone elses thread but I messaged you my ticket number for a hacked account. I have been waiting since October 11th (commented elsewhere in this post) and the last contact I had was in early December from a supervisor saying he was escalating and still no updates. Any help at this point would be greatly greatly appreciated.

On call of duty's website where it says support I contacted them weeks ago about this issue. I never heard back from anyone.

I have this bug too. Lost my Dark Ops badges too. Same thing with switching between PS4 and PS5 versions.

you guys are really taking your time with fixing Dirty bomb. Over a week of only one map and no hotfix is kind of a joke for a billion dollar company.
For context and insight: not everything can be fixed with a hotfix or game settings update. Some things require code fixes via major updates and this is an example of one. If we could have hotfixed this, then we would have.

We've identified the issue, are working toward a fix, and will likely return Sanatorium 24/7 so that people can get their fix in for it. Lots of moving targets currently as we move toward releasing some other items soon.

If you're seeing this in the U.S., the dismemberment effect does work in-game. This message is showing up incorrectly and we're looking into it.

I just reached out to you and, with the help of the threads you compiled here, many others about this issue. We have successfully restored multiple players at this time and have released back-end fixes in an attempt to prevent future stat progression losses. Please check your DMs!
I play in Xbox parties but I do not have party overlay on
