Chatted with some folks and seems since this has been re-enabled it might take a while for the updated servers to register the change. This is likely the cause of the issue and should self-resolve i a couple of hours once the update hits all servers. If not, let us know.

Can you file a bug report in the menu and let us know when thats completed and our team can check the report.

Here is a list of my main published maps: 8243-5066-0351 (snowball fight map) 2443-3221-3284 (king of the hill map) 2710-2142-2060 (race map [unfinished] just published as some people asked me to test it, as they liked it) 9045-6079-6666 (box fight map) 0366-7190-4090 (build fight map) 0755-2942-3974 (school map [just like an artistic map, I mean it has no real gameplay in it]) And also I have 2 maps, that I am working on, but they are unpublished and pretty unfinished. My SAC was: ANTOSIK In the messages, which I got, I was told, that I will simply need to re-apply to rejoin the program. But in the end I just got "creator disabled" button instead of any re-applications. And also I already asked the support and was told, that this "ban" is unchangable and my account is doomed.
So after having folks look things up it seems you did not finish setting up your profile for payment and tax selections, not due to reaching a certain amount. This doesnt seem to be a recent removal from the program, you should have seen some emails regarding finishing setting up your profile.

Hey Antosik, if you dont mind letting me know what map code you're working on and what your SAC code is I can pass this along to our Dev Rel team to look into things.
What you're describing is the previous system before being updated. In the updated version if you don't reach the threshold, they start your earnings over, but you keep your SAC Code and publishing rights. There could be something else at play if you've lost your ability to publish.
