So, you played a mission with the Haunted Cave mutator, but no ghost spawned? Or was the mission just named Haunted/Spooky caves? The ghost should spawn at the very beginning, shortly after deployment.

Only thing I'm currently aware of is the Audio sliders being a bit weird, and not reflecting the actual change, but it's a different issue than yours. Did you by any chance update your Windows 10 within the last week or so?

I think the sound sliders are b0rked or at the very least suboptimal. I haven’t heard of issues that severe though. Be aware that the current Windows Update seems to break in-game voice chat in DRG, possible something to do with the Unreal engine.

Deep Dives should reset regardless of the clock. The clock doesn't trigger it, the actual time on the server should.

So, the Deep Dives will reset in a few hours from now. Clock is apparently set to count down to the correct time, but thinks that the time is in your time zone. We’ll fix it.
