Hey, be nice to Vermintide. It's a pretty cool game by some pretty cool dudes.

Ps5 user, update gets stuck at 115mb and won’t go further. Checked storage, 150gb free. Cannot play online and neither can several friends.
Have restarted update several times and also the ps5. No fix
Not sure that's on us.
- Fixed an issue where others could not connect to the session you were hosting, including friend invites
- Fixed a bug where changing 'Horizontal Mapping' could lead horizontal motion control not working
- Fixed a bug where changing 'Light Mode' could lead to the lights not working
- Full servers will now return an "All seats taken" error when trying to join a server that filled up between serverlist updates.
External link →No, but you may be turning Swedish.
Maybe they forgot they needed to add windows too?
Can we get a user flair about tipping lloyd?
ok
Make sure you keep your wallet far aware from the bed, because next thing you know you might be buying DLC in your sleep.
What is this wizardry?!?
Sorry to bother you again, but I'm just wondering if the dev team has found anything in regards to these shutdowns, or has managed to replicate the issue? Another four or five people have responded to this post complaining about shutdowns, and someone else made another topic about it. That makes around twelve or thirteen of us in total, and there may be more that just haven't posted in this subreddit.
I understand that there's not much that can be done if you guys are unable to replicate the problem, but I figured it didn't hurt to ask. I absolutely love the game when it works, and I really want to keep playing without having to worry about my system shutting down or eventually bricking.
Sorry about the delay in reply - a lot of stuff is going on with the launch and COVID rampaging.
The issue is on our list, but currently the connection issues take precedence as the crash issue seems extremely rare (just to add perspective; the userbase on PlayStation is absolutely massive currently, and we're not seeing a lot of critical crashes considering the amount of users playing).
Some other users seem to be having same issues with Fortnite, and since they are both Unreal Engine games that might give a clue to what it is. Can't promise anything though, but I am passing it on to QA.
same. i thought it was only fortnite until i started playing deep rock for the first time. it’s now just these two games that cause a shutdown, i think it might be a software issue
That's interesting as both are Unreal Engine games.
Bit of an Segway but Supergiant are also a really good and passionate small dev team. They made Hades but honestly I think Pyre and Transistor are better games, there are still good devs out there, they are just way less common!
I need to go back to Pyre, but I really liked it. I had to force myself to get into Transistor for some reason, but once I did it was really good. I really enjoy Hades too, but it’s a different beast all together.
Best 30 bucks of my life and also bought all the dlc's so far, if the devs would need more money to keep it updated and supported i would sell my kidneys
Any heriditary diseases? Asking for a friend.
What is quick swap for?
Double Press on Square made you switch weapons. Some people didn’t like that, so now it is a toggle.
New hotfix out on PlayStation!
On the to-do list:
/u/GSG_Jacob Would you be willing to share if this is being worked on? Sorry if you've already been pinged about this
edit: previous wording may have been a bit rude (reworded)
It is. If you have any other feedback on the UI on a big screen, now is the time!
DD is 4.5, EDD is 5.5 iirc
Almost correct! It’s shifts up each level and we abandoned the traditional hazard numbering pretty early, as there are a lot of factors making it different so the numbers doesn’t translate easily.
Sorry your feeling got hurt because someone called you out on giving incorrect facts, let's all pretend that everyone is correct so that nobody can get triggered
At this point you’ve spent more time arguing about this, than you would have used on sharing whatever useful knowledge you have on the subject.
"IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS CONNECTING TO GAMES: This is a fairly known but annoying bug for all PS games..."
HAHAHAHAAH WHAT?! No this isn't a problem with "all" PS games. Jesus tap dancing christ your game has major network and crashing issues. Also, when you get dropped 5 minutes before the end of the mission with zero chance to reconnect it is just awful to not get any XP or resources. Why? Because your game is buggy af. Bugs.. bugs everywhere!
The link has a bunch of potential fixes for common networking issues in games on PlayStation. You can easily expand it to other platforms too, but since these issues are on PlayStation, it’s targeted towards people searching for that. So yes, PlayStation games utilizing network features can encounter similar issues across games, and possibly fix them by opening ports or disabling features that are known to cause these issues. That doesn’t mean it’s the solution to the network issues some are having, which is why we say we’re looking for the cause(s) too.
You're on a roll /u/badnamegames!
