I appreciate the work, but I wonder, why does it always take a social media outrage to get stuff fixed in the game?
It really doesn't, me responding here is just very visual and thus skews bias. Theres literally countless bugs we report on and fix that you don't see. At the same time, we also can't fix bugs that we don't know about, so things like this help us get visualization into those problems.

Overall it doesn't change our goal or plans, we'll continue to try and buff/broaden underused options and reduce the power of dominant choices.
How the hell are the players supposed to trust you when you're balancing your game using wrong data?
These articles aren't proof read by the entire company, it likely only is seen by a handful of people (likely in disciplines that have zero direct interaction with the game, like communications or publishing). We don't balance using this "only" this data at all, this is a single graph out of tens if not hundreds we reference when making design and balance decisions for the game. Keep in mind that while we have dedicated data experts, not all of us that work on the game are experts ourselves and it is very easy to misinterpret or miss certain data points. We are all humans and trying our best.

Loading screen tips are being reviewed, expect the outdated ones to be removed, some older ones to be updated, and some brand new ones to be added too!

I asked since me along with the majority of Veigar players were under the assumption he would receive buffs due to Mark Yetter/Scruffy saying he would be looked into on his earlier tweets in this month.
Yeah I just wanted to differentiate "doing work" and a simple buff. I interpreted doing work as in some level of a rework, which we don't have planned. I would say to expect buffs if he does hit below oracle lines, which I believe he is either there or very close to there.
With that said (if you are allowed to say that is)

The context that I know is that he is either tripping oracle lines or is close, I don't believe we are looking to do work on him, but I would say buffs are likely if he does end up tripping those oracle lines.
