Regarding the server lag, we continue to monitor the situation closely, but we saw a significant improvement on the server performance after this week's maintenance.

I appreciate your patience while we looked into this issue.

We have contacted a few affected players privately to obtain more information regarding the problem, and after conducting an investigation, we have verified the following:

The "permanent" Emperor c*cktails reported to be replaced by the cooler's time-limited versions were never intended to be permanent. Instead, these Emperor c*cktails were all obtained through the 18th-anniversary event using the Coupon 18YEARSOFLINEAGEII. This code rewarded players with 150 items supposed to be removed during the maintenance on 5/25, as advised in the event article.

The confusion happened because we did not carry the item removal as intended on 5/25, so the expiration date on the tooltip disappeared, and the items remained in the player's inventory until now. Since the Cooler c*cktails are the identical versions as ...

Hello everyone,

I noted this request and didn't want to comment not to give false hopes.

In the background, we were trying to have the event extended, but we could not overcome the issues that arose from trying the extension. So, unfortunately, the event will end tomorrow as scheduled.

I hope the new event starting tomorrow will make up for us not being able to make the extension happen. Furthermore, I will keep this request in mind for the future, so we are better prepared if we ever have to make an adjustment when the event is in progress.

While we try to attend to all requests, sometimes we face issues preventing us from making it possible.

I apologize that we had to pause the server transfers.

However, we verified an issue where the data was not properly transferred in some cases, which could affect the character's progression. 

We are currently working with the developers to get it resolved as soon as possible, and when we confirm the fix, we will enable the transfers again.

Hello @_Maragato_,

Can you scroll all the way to the bottom of the Current Active Effect UI and check if there aren't any additional Item Drop instances?

Since you have all three event collections active, there should be three Item Drop instances showing up, one for each of the Victory Collections you have active.

Please let me know how it goes after checking.
