As we all know, yesterday was a rough day for Chronos, where the server was down for an extended time while our team was completing a major database task to get things back to normal.

The journey we had to go to get everything fixed was not easy, but we are happy that Chronos is back and all issues were successfully ironed out. The whole L2 team appreciates your support and patience, and as I stated previously, we will be planning the compensation this week. And I will share its details with you all in a separate post.

However, there is one more inconvenience that many of you already brought up, and I wanted to acknowledge it to bring more visibility: The Skill Bar setup was reset. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our side to re-add your skills for you, and we apologize for this inconvenience.

I know the situation is not ideal. We have our entire team working behind the scenes to get Chronos server back online as soon as possible. 

The issue is much more complex than previously thought, and a lot of work is being done in our Database to ensure the problem is resolved for good. Also, it's not only us here at NCW working to resolve the issue, but the dev team is also involved in the work needed to bring the server back online.

As I stated before, we will plan to compensate everyone once the issue is resolved, but as a direct measure, once servers are back online, the Angel Cat will be spawned.

As most of the work is related to the Database, which is immense, the process is taking longer than expected, and we will need to extend the downtime again. We expect the Chronos to become available at 10 PM PDT.

We have another update: Unfortunately, we will have to extend the downtime again. The latest estimate is that Chronos will be unavailable until 5 PM PDT. However, please keep in mind the time may change.

Another update: We will need to extend the Chronos server downtime by one additional hour. However, we are bringing the Dimensional server online in a few minutes. 

Regarding compensation, we will be discussing it once the problem is resolved. However, once the server is back online and stable, we will spawn the Angel Cat as an immediate action, and additional compensation will follow during the week.

Thank you all for your patience while we worked on a solution for the early termination of the Jeni's Secret Shop event. As we came to a final solution, I wanted to share it with you all:

1. The event has been extended and will now end on Thursday, August 25. However, please note that only the Side Bar UI will be available, the event NPCs will no longer be in-game after tomorrow's maintenance.

2. The removal date for the following items has been moved to Wednesday, August 31:

• Freya's Scroll of Storm
• Shining Nevit's Gold Sandglass
• Krishna Weapon Box
• Leviathan Armor Box
• Jeni's Exchange Ticket

The Special Craft will become active at 20:00 server time. I apologize for the time not being listed in the article.

As for the rate change, it was a typo that had to be corrected. The correct value will also be shown in-game.
