Did nobody notice that they changed the price of relics from 1100 to 800 but it still says that the total is 1100? It's a typo but I would say that 800 gold is really cheap.
The total tier 3 cost was always intended to be 800 in game. It was a typo on the early version of the notes though.
Was there a specific skin you were playing? Or any more info you can provide? Ive tested this on his default skin and seen plenty of thor gameplay videos with no issues.

It's live now. But due to the nature of hotfix changes you wont see updated text and will still have old balance in solo jungle practice
On one part of the notes it says his 3 will be knockup immune, on another knockback. Is it both, or...?
Kinetic charge [...] will be knockback immune while charging.
Atlas [...] is immune to knockups while dashing.

Immune to both.
The proper terminology should be "knock back immune" which includes knock ups.
All gods who are knock back immune while channeling are immune to all types of knock backs and ups
Yes the ult bug will be fixed along with his balance changes
I haven't played since my PC is dead, but I know some people said there is a bug with his ult doing crazy damage.
Does anything stated in this hot fix fixes that bug? I'm reading it, but outside of Kinetic charge probably had the most feedback for changes that would not be doable in a hotfix, I don't see any possible fix.

the low level player was in a 3 person party with a level 65 and 96. This is working as intended and seems like a reasonably close match for early morning NA
we actually specifically made it harder for players over 30 to get low level players in their matches in the atlas patch
do you have a match ID or smiteguru link? what mode/region was it? was the low level player partied with higher level players?
