No problem at all!
By teleporter, do you mean using the admin teleport function or the map room?
To clarify, the thralls and pets follow him normally, but when teleporting by either of the above methods, do they fail to teleport as well while they are in follow mode?

If you press the ‘Reset Defaults’ button, click Ok and restart the game, does the issue persist?
Could you try looking into the windows volume mixer with the game running and check if it’s muted there?

As it has been mentioned, even in PvE servers, death may still occur while offline due to NPCs or even temperature.
Also, depositing all your inventory in a chest when playing online should help prevent any possible loss of items should something happen to your character while you’re offline.

Regarding the private server rules, if you’re having trouble with the webpanel we’d suggest reaching out to G-Portal through any of their communication channels to determine what could be the issue, as they’re the ones handling that platform.
