Hello @Yaroda, we’re unable to intervene in this particular situation as it does not prevent normal gameplay, we’d suggest getting in touch with the clan to try and reach an agreement or to gather other allies and rallying against it.

Thralls may in fact die to fall damage, but when that occurs you do get a message in the Event Log stating they died, not referencing any source, which is likely what happened to the second thrall.
If you have no messages in the Event Log as it has happened with your first thrall, it’s possible that it returned to the previous guarding spot or that it somehow sunk into the map mesh or a building piece after setting it on guard.

Can you confirm that you’re unable to spawn it through the admin panel?
If you’re able to spawn it through the admin panel there should be no issue with your DLC License and you may craft it through your inventory crafting menu ( not the crafting benches ).
If not, please try to use the Restore Licenses functionality of the PS4.

Is your console connected to the internet through wired or wireless mode?
What is your current internet speed and ping to the server?
Are you able to connect to other servers?

Do you recall if the item became invisible after picking it off the ground from a drop or at the time you took a stack from the furnace?
Were you overloaded at the time or did you have a large amount of items in your inventory? Have you also been able to reproduce the issue?

Hello @Agent9ner9ish, could you provide more information regarding which console model you have, whether the game is installed to its internal disk or to an external one, and if it’s connected through a wired or wireless connection?
Have you tried to do a fresh install of the game?
If the above doesn’t work, you could try to reset the cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnecting it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes.
If that also doesn’t work, you can also try to perform a soft factory reset ( keeping games and apps ).
