Seeing as you have the game installed to a laptop now, are you able to try connecting to the official servers using a connection other than the 5mb one you had mentioned?

What ping do you get to it, and could you try connecting your console through a wired connection if you have it on wireless?

Hello @Megaton238, both the current message and purple tone mean that you’re eligible for the purge when it is spawned, which would be after the bar grows up to the vertical mark. The message itself is intentional and changes if the bar is white, which means that you’re not currently eligible.

Have you tried to delete the saved data for Conan Exiles?
There could be some sort of conflict, corruption or incompatibility with previous data left over from the trial.

Alternatively, did you try to perform a soft factory reset ( keeping games and apps )?

Did you also try to reset the cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnecting it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes?

Would it be possible to test using a wired connection, just to dismiss this step as it has previously helped other users?

Does the same thing happen if you host a cooperative session and your friend tries to connect?

Is your console connected wirelessly or through cable?

Have you tried to reset your router?

Hello @juanmatrepat, we’ve looked into this server and its showing healthy signs of player activity over the past days, are you still having this issue?

If so, can you test if it persists on a wired connection, in case your console is connected wirelessly?
