Could you share more details and, if possible, screenshots of the structures that are giving you trouble?

Having pieces hanging from pillars or using wedged pieces might cause issues with stability on server restart at times, which is something that’s being looked into.

We’ll need you to share additional details to determine the issue, such as the server number for the servers where you’re experiencing issues, your ping to them, your region, ISP, internet speed and lastly if your console is connected wirelessly or through cable to your router.

Any details regarding Event Log messages and the exact place where you placed the vault would help us determine what could’ve occurred.

Regarding the first issue, did you place him over a building piece, such as a ceiling or foundation? If so, have you tried to demolish the building pieces exactly below the position where you set him to guard?

For the second issue, did the Event Log message state that the thrall was killed while following you?

We appreciate your feedback @Lear55, even though the title for this thread might have been poorly chosen as we don’t put any less effort on the console versions or communities, in fact, it’s quite the opposite, as certain platform-specific issues are much harder to deal with but we’re trying to address all issues for all platforms.

Also, due to how certification on consoles work, we are not as flexible to tackle issues as fast as we can on PC, which is why it’s not always possible to simultaneously patch and hotfix.

To address some of your concerns:

You may message us privately with the location, clan/player in-game names, and screenshots as evidence for reporting such cases.

You can usually find all sorts of useful information there regarding your followers, including whether they died or returned home.

Hello @Grymm, as you’re playing on a modded server there’s a chance the XP rates are different.

This sort of feedback is important to us, but only when the default server settings are being used in order to match the default game experience.
