Is the game installed to its original internal HDD?
Is this occurring in singleplayer and do you have any similar issues in other areas?
Could you please try each of the following steps and let us know if any of them help, to determine if it’s an installation or patching issue:
Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnecting it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes.
Perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.
Perform a full reinstall of the game.

Have you tried to restore a save backup from the cloud saves?
We’d suggest that you first ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud, before trying the following steps:
Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnecting it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading into your SP session.
If the issue persists, try to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.
Should you still have trouble loading into the SP game, please try to do a full reinstall of the game.

If you’re only experiencing this issue in EU servers, could you please provide us with a few server numbers on the servers where you’ve verified this behavior?
As you’ve already tried putting your console on a wired connection, could you also please try to rebuild the PS4 database?
Could you let us know if the crashing occurs when playing online?
We do not enforce any building limits, but we do advise that you keep a low number of light sources and try to not go overboard with placeables and NPCs, if possible, as crashes are in many cases caused by high amounts of placeables in the same area, since the single-player client is unable to handle the same load as the online client, especially on console.
Additionally, could you try to rebuild the PS4 database?

Besides the Stoic voice, do you recall the race chosen on character creation?
Is the voice missing on both her client and yours?

Hi @stelagel, as Gloatingtomb6 has mentioned the thrall failing to teleport is an issue that will be solved in the upcoming patch (currently being tested on the Test Live servers).
Regarding the prisoner aggro, we’ll bring it up to the team to determine if it’s intentional.

We’re aware of an issue with temperature bonuses not being correctly re-applied to offline characters after server restarts, this is being looked into and should be addressed in an upcoming patch.
For now we’d recommend depositing all your inventory in a chest before logging off, which should help prevent any possible loss of items should something happen to your character while you’re offline.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any refunds of materials or equipment lost, as there is no MMO-like admin support for the game in official servers, apologies for the inconvenience.
