Hello @JimGreek1, could you let us know if these crashes occur with Admin mode on, and if playing with it off reduces how often you crash?

There are a few steps that you can take on your current console that can assist with performance and other issues that could be related to installation and patching:

  • Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnecting it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes.

  • Perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.

  • Perform a full reinstall of the game.

Hello @Valyri3n , could your friend try to reset the console cache and perform a full reinstall of the game?
Could he also see if the issue occurs in singleplayer?

Is this happening to you on a private or official server?
Could you please try the above suggestions as well?

Server 2585 has suffered no interruption of service, it has been online for several days and has an active playerbase.

Do you have any issues with other servers?

Hello, some server experienced slightly longer downtime during the update, and there was also an outage in the LATAM region, but services should all be up and running as of today.

Have you also tried to manually download all the individual DLCs as Andy has suggested?

If that still doesn’t work please attempt a full reinstall of the game.

Please let us know if this new hotfix has helped with the frequent crashing as we’ve addressed several of the major crashes that had been reported since the Followers 2 patch’s release.

Hi @ZazouTV, another user has previously reported that he managed to solve a similar issue after deactivating and reactivating his system as primary, and then proceeding to restore the licenses.
