The short answer is no, we don’t condone exploiting and we do our best to take action against players who abuse this exploit. We usually issue temporary suspensions for first-time offenders as a warning, but recurrence of exploit abuse leads to permanent suspension from playing on Official servers.

Response time and the actual time for us to handle an infraction report vary, depending mostly on the current backlog of tickets, which could have it take up to several days depending on the severity and urgency of the case.

Have you also tried to run it in windowed or borderless mode?

Can you also try to open Windows’ task manager after the stuttering issue occurs, and let us know if there’s any spike in CPU, Memory, GPU, or Disk usage?

Additionally, changing this one setting on the Engine.ini has helped some users in the past:

Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles Client\ConanSandbox\Config\Engine.ini

Find the section, /Script/Engine.GarbageCollectionSettings

Change (or add if it’s not there) gc.BlueprintClusteringEnabled=True to gc.BlueprintClusteringEnabled=False

Are your drivers and is your operating system up-to-date?

Does the issue remain if you lower your graphical settings?

Have you tried disabling VSync and setting the Max FPS to Uncapped in the video settings?

Hello @CDUBFIVE, the maximum decay timer for the PS4 Official servers is currently set to 7 days, which might slightly deviate due to server restarts and building score (defined by size and tier).

If your base is set as abandoned, other players may dismantle it before it disappears, which explains the remnants.

We’re also unable to provide rollbacks or restore any assets.

Hello @PhoenixRising, we don’t wipe characters on Official servers, do you recall the exact server numbers?

It’s possible, however, that the server list is not showing that you have a character on a server even if you do.
