Hi @MilkSteak, could you please try to uninstall the mods and delete the mod folder and mod list file first, or backing it up somewhere, then verifying the integrity of the game through Steam, and lastly trying to play on a server without mods to see if the issue persists?

You may either provide a screenshot of the in-game map pointing at the location or use Ctrl+Shift+Alt+L to get the world coordinates while standing on it.

Hello @ConanBoDk, apologies for the delay in our response and for the loss of items and progress you’ve been through, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer any assistance with the restoration of items.

As mentioned in another thread, we’re currently working on the parity patch for consoles and also on addressing the server stability issues to prevent unfortunate situations such as this one.

Hi @Treeyou_anyone, we’ve verified that the database from that server became corrupted and have restored an earlier backup that did not result in crashing the server.

Unfortunately, corrupted databases are non-recoverable so the server had to suffer a slight rollback.

Server restarts are automatically triggered once every 24 hours per server (with a slight margin due to the process taking more time to complete due to database size), and we actively monitor servers for unusually long uptimes.

The sandstorm issues are currently known and should be addressed in an upcoming patch.

Regarding the harvesting issues, these usually happen due to sync issues between server and client, and they are aggravated if the server is under unusual load (ie. host connectivity issues, network attack, unusually large database with a high online player count).

We’re working on a parity patch for console that will include a considerable amount of fixes and optimizations which should help mitigate the frequency of these occurrences.

Hello @Countryartist, thank you for reaching out, we’ve noticed that servers in this server’s cluster have not had their automatic daily restart triggered, so we’ll be looking into this matter as the absence of the daily restart may result in issues such as the one you’re reporting.

Hello @UnbreakableMare, NPC and resource spawns should only break if there’s player land claim overlapping their spawn points.

Do note that player claim has no limits as far as vertical space is considered, meaning that if there’s a claimed area on top of a mountain, caves beneath will be under that claim’s influence, as an example, so be sure to verify if there are any player built structures on top of the cave’s area.

Hello @Vampira246, we’re currently working on the parity patch for consoles and while also optimizing the game and its assets to improve its performance for the last console generation (PS4, XBONE), as well as application-level security and stability fixes that will improve conditions for online play.
