Hello @Brock_Savage, besides sharing the specs for both machines, also share the current driver version for your GPU and make sure that all drivers are up-to-date and that there is no software running in the background that might interfere with the game.

Hello @zombie, this is likely a software/driver issue, have you tried uninstalling or disabling any software such as xpadder that might interfere with Steam’s controller settings then tweaking those?
