We’ve registered the issue for the developers to look into, it’s possible that the boss is temporarily stuck under the map but if you leave the area for a while or show up after the next daily server restart it should spawn back correctly.
Did it simply clip through the floor as it spawned or was it caused by some attack or animation?

Hello @Rollotomozi, to clarify on this occurrence the mentioned server belongs to a cluster located in LA and, as such, the PvP and Purge time windows reflect the server’s current timezone.
Could you please try proceeding past the character creation and checking if any of the previous content ( for example your base ) is still present in the world, to determine if there was a database corruption and a new one was created or if the issue just relates to the character itself?
Also, do you recall changing anything about your profile prior to this occurrence, such as the PSN name?

The purge may spawn inside bases in situations where it’s unable to calculate a path from its original spawn point to the target base.

Hey @Fjoffe, as Ignasis mention in another thread that you’ve created, we’ve just had notice from G-Portal that due to a malfunction in a server cluster some loss of progress might have happened in some of the affected servers, including #1029, #1030 and #1031.
We’re currently looking further into this matter.

Do you have any characters in other servers and, if so, could you confirm if they are still present?
Just to clarify, characters do not get manually nor automatically deleted on official servers.

By online saves, do you mean that you’ve seemingly lost your character on official online servers?
