On some regions, we rely on distributing partners due to the different market conditions and regional differences. For big launches, such as Siptah and 2.4.4, getting the preparations ready (and all that involves) may take a bit longer.
That being said, we do everything that is in our hands to make that wait as short as possible. Conan Outcasts released Siptah in the Japanese regions today, and we hope to get this content to the remaining Asian regions as soon as it’s possible.

Phew! Thanks for the confirmation.
We know that the Exiled Lands needs more optimization work and our team is now doing that. However, this shouldn’t mean that some of the issues reported should’ve worsened. That’s what we’re investigating now at the moment.
Regarding some mentions of crashing, and just as a general reminder/favor to ask :pray:: please make sure to select “Accept and Send” on the dashboards crash report screen so our team can get those and collate them to find the cause.

This is not entirely depending on us. We are working with our distributing partners closely to ensure Siptah and 2.4.4 can be released in your region as soon as possible.

You mention you play in single player, correct?
Could you let us know a few things to see if we can repro this issue on our end?
Do you have the game installed in the internal drive or an external USB?
What armor where you giving to your thrall, and what thrall is it? And this is in the Siptah map, correct?

  • What version are you playing? (Conan Exiles/Conan Outcasts)
  • Is your friends server a coop server, or a dedicated server?
  • Can you start Isle of Siptah on single player?

Also, sorry for the double-dip posting!
We are also most interested of getting feedback about these issues on Siptah. Isle of Siptah was built from the ground up with console optimizations in mind, so any issues happening there are most likely the ones we are chasing :male_detective:
On the Exiled Lands, we are aware of some of the issues here reported, and we’re working on porting the optimizations made in Siptah over there. While we added some in 2.3 and 2.4.4, there’s still work to do on the Exiled Lands to smooth gameplay.

The PS5 drive is blazing fast as it is! These are the issues we’re mostly looking forward to squish in future updates, as they are most likely caused by issues that need addressed, or optimizations needed. No need to upgrade your drive in that case, unless you want to install the game in a separate drive to save space in the internal. Conan Exiles is a backwards compatible game, and installing those on an external drive is currently possible on a PS5.

Hey @ValleyKumar

Once you have updated your game to 2.4.4, you will be able to see the Twitch connect button on the lower right corner. Please make sure to connect your account with the Twitch account where you claimed the drops during the campaign.

However, we are aware of an issue that is preventing many PS4 users from seeing those recipes ingame despite having followed all the steps correctly. That is being looked into at the moment and we aim to resolve it either via our backend, or in a future patch for the game. For now, if you have those items claimed on Twitch, don’t worry as they are yours and will be available ingame once we resolve this issue.

Yes, please don’t use Zendesk for bug reports. Zendesk is used for infractions reports, ban appeals and official server status.

Hey there,

We moved the thread to Feedback and suggestions.

Regarding the topic, there’s currently no plans to have select official servers with avatars disabled. However, this is one of the many options available on the server admin panel for private servers and can be tweaked to adapt the experience to their needs.

Hey there,

Sorry for the late response. We’ve been kept hot with the recent critical issues on PC.
Regarding PS4 Pro (and standard) streaming issues, we’re aware of this problem as it’s being looked into. There will be more optimizations for consoles and PS4 in particular coming with our next patches and updates.

As a temporary workaround (and general suggestion to improve the experience on the platform), we recommend installing the game on an SSD drive (either internal or external). Most of the issues here reported are caused by the now rather slow stock drives and their speeds. The bump in texture quality caused them to throttle a bit, which is causing most these issues when loading assets.
There’s other issues regarding performance that are also being looked into, but the SSD workaround would iron out at least the most aggravating.

That being said, and to reiterate: we’re aware of this and it is being looked into.

Those of you affected by this issue, could you send us your logs so we can look into this and figure out what’s causing the error?

The logs would be in the following path:

  • /Appdata/Local/ConanSandbox/Saved/Logs

If you don’t have that folder, then you should find it here:

  • C:\Users\AppData\Local\Packages\FuncomOsloAS.ConanExiles_pkaskhy6cdq4g\LocalCache\Local\ConanSandbox\Saved\Logs

If you’re willing to help us further :pray: , could you let us know the following:

  • 1- The login error always occurs to you with your game being completely unable to login or that if after some tries you are able to login successfully?

Hey everybody,

One last update about this issue!
We have now addressed the remaining issue with SteamCMD on dedicated servers. They should now all work as intended without the need of the workaround.

Thank you once again for your patience as we worked through these frustrating issues.

We will now proceed to close the thread. Should there be any more remaining issues about this, we’ll reopen it and continue our task of gathering feedback. One last reminder to stay excellent to each other, and avoid forum PvP especially between each other. :slight_smile:
