Sorry to hear your server is experiencing stability issues.
If you can spot a specific action that is causing this problem, please let us know. Could you also let us know if your server has a large number of buildings or thralls?

Regardless, as a piece of clarification, server executables have a function where they report to our team if they crash and they send the crash log automatically. We receive them in batches and from there we can collate the data received to help us identify what is causing the problem.

On a positive note, we are working on a significant number of stability fixes and improvements for 2.4.6 and 2.5, where we’ve fixed the most reported crashes collected that way. We still don’t have a specific date for 2.4.6, but we aim to release it sometime this month. It has gone through testing internally and via a closed beta and it’s mostly ready, waiting for the last steps of certification. As for 2.5, it is still being actively deve...

We’re aware of this issue and it has been fixed internally and currently scheduled to come out as part of Update 2.5, where we’ve also aiming to include a QoL addition to make finding and interacting with these items slightly more user-friendly.

We’re aware of this issue and we’ve been working on fixing it since 2.4.4.
Regarding your #1 thrall, did that happen before the last patch?
Regarding #2 and #3, issue seems to happen whenever teleporting back or moving back to your thrall from a distance out of render range, right?

Following yesterday’s scheduled maintenance on some servers, we were made aware of a considerable number of player buildings destroyed or otherwise lost seemingly out of nowhere on a few Official servers.

The affected servers are:
6457, 6458, 6459.

To mitigate the the potential loss of significant progress due to this issue, we are reverting these servers’ states to before today’s maintenance period. This state (backup) was taken at approximately 12PM CEST on June 14, 2021.

We understand that this is a considerable rollback, longer than we hoped to do. However, we feel the benefit of reverting to this previous state and recovering all lost bases and long-term progress of many players on these servers far outweighs the loss of progress caused by this rollback.

We are also investigating if other Official servers have been affected and will consider a similar response to mitigate any possible losses.

Just a quick dip into this thread again to clear out a point of confusion that might be originating some of the recent arguments:

This forum is not meant to be customer service, nor we, the community team, are customer service representatives. This is a key difference with what other forums are providing, such as our hosting partner G-Portal’s.
It may seem like an insignificant difference, but it seems that it’s what for some this problem boils down to.

As the community team, we take care of collecting feedback, trying to keep the majority of the community informed and on the loop about major events (for instance, the thrall cap) on here and other places of engagement, identifying major pain points for the community and keeping both devs and community informed about it whenever any major breakthrough happens. It is also in our responsibilities to engage with players in ways that can be considered as fun, as mentioned above.

We are going to activate the Follower Limit on all official servers, all platforms, on June 29. First introduced in the Mounts update, this feature caps the maximum amount of allowed thralls and pets a player or clan can have active at any given time. Specifically - placeable combat thralls and pets. You can still have as many crafter thralls as you please.
