Hey there
Quick update: our team released a fix for this issue in our current Testlive patch. It will be included in a future patch for consoles.
Hey @Wak4863
Yes, the issue in particular that you mention should be covered by our current Testlive patches, which will be available on PS4 at a later date.
Hey there,
G-Portal is still investigating this issue, which seems to point out to a hardware malfunction.
Hey again, @Tiny_Montana
We’re not sure what could be causing this issue, as it’s not been reported by our players before (that we can recall), but it could be an issue with one of the mods. Just to be sure if it’s that issue or not, have you experienced this same problem while playing with mods disabled?
Hey @kindred374
Does this issue still persist? If so, could you try this workaround a player has shared recently?
On Steam, navigate to the top left corner and click on “Steam” and then go to “Settings”, then while in the “Settings” menu, go down to “In-Game” and at the very bottom there should be a thing that reads “In-Game server browser: Max pings / minute” with a drop box underneath it. Click on the drop box and change the setting from “5000” to “500” and then click on okay. At this point if you had Conan Exiles open when you did this, exit and re-launch the game…
We added it to our list of common technical problems and solutions, which can be found here:
Here’s our updated announcement about the Testlive to live patch.
Hey there,
We have not released any patch, but we’ll have some news about this and other patches soon. Please stay tuned
We’ll proceed to close this thread since there’s quite a few open topics about this in the forums. We know you people are excited about it, but please bear with us!
Please keep the conversation civil.
We’ll have more news about the patch soon.
Hey @speedice
Thanks for the heads-up, we will send it to our team and they’ll look into it.
Hey @UznikSvobody
Has the server restarted due to daily maintenance between your gaming sessions?
Hey there,
We’re aware of this issue and our team is looking into it. In the meanwhile, other players have informed of a workaround that helps them bypass this problem, which is to start a single-player game before joining any server and either letting the game run for a minute or removing your bracelet. Then proceed to go back to the main menu and join any online server as normal.
Thanks for your feedback.
Hey @Jazrek
As usual, when dealing with private servers… are there any mods installed that could be affecting this behavior?
Thanks for your feedback
Hey @Davnoctu
Thanks for your report, we’ll send it to our team and they’ll look into it.
Hey @kindred374
We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing these issues. You forgot to mention in your report if you’re trying to connect to a private or to an official server.
If it is an official server, could you also specify which server? If you don’t feel comfortable sharing this detail, you can send us that information via private message.
Thanks!
Hey there @Tiny_Montana
We’re sorry if these sound like vanilla answers, but they’re usually helpful in trying to determine what could be causing this issue for you. First and foremost, you mention that you’re playing on a private server: do you have any mods installed? Also, have you tried checking the integrity of your game files?
Thanks!
Hey there,
We will be soon deploying a set of changes on Testlive that should solve this issue.
Thanks for your feedback!
Hey there,
Our team has fixed this issue internally and it should be included in an upcoming patch.
It is possible that it’s present on Testlive as it’s not been fixed for that build.
We sent the report to our team and they’ll look into it. It will go on the Trello board depending on their progress while tracking this issue down and the impact it has on our community
Thanks again for the feedback.
