God Ayiza, is there any chance of a mobile fix for stylus users? The mouse and keyboard update really messed things up for the larger fingered community 😂 (seriously tho its so hard to play now)

I'm thrilled to hear Jagex is making more of an effort to address the issue, but I think you misunderstood my response. Satire is the use of fiction to draw attention to a problem, usually in ridicule. Im not locked out of my account, I'm just using comedy to expose and make awareness of the problem. Im going to edit the video to say that the link can offer help to avoid confusion, but I hope you understand why when the link says "We can't directly respond to any reports" one would think the button does not offer any direct help. I can't give an exact ETA on when to expect a response as we're processing these requests in batches, but I can confirm we've already sent out a bunch of beta invites to players who are experiencing the too many login issue today. We're also investigating other short-term solutions not linked to the beta and a long-term fix remains the priority of the tech team.
The videos are a joke to bring attention to an issue Jagex has neglected for over a year. I know this has nothing to do with you as you're just returning to Jagex, but for over a year I've read the new section as hundreds, if not thousands of login attempt posts and tweets are buried and ignored. This has been extremely frustrating, especially when you see public figures exclusively offered support to change their login usernames (but only if they're deemed worthy by Jagex).
That's why the videos also bring attention to the fact that getting customer support is practically impossible, unless you're a content creator. Then, it becomes easily accessible with access to the creator discord and open DMs to jmods. The videos are satirical, to raise awareness for those who've been ignored because they don't have a high subscriber count.
I understand you're making them as a joke, but the whole reason we're telling people to submit a ticket via the link in the Gazette is because we are now in a position to help people in the very situation you're claiming there is no support for.
I know it's not been ideally handled up to this point, but we have a potential short-term solution available now and sending a ticket via that link is the best way to get back into the game until a more permanent fix is available.
Again I'd highly recommend you fill it out and then we would be able to help you as well as anyone else that fills it out, regardless of their presence in the community.

While it states we're unable to respond directly to any of the reports, it doesn't mean we won't be able to reach out separately after a report has been made. I'll see if it's possible to clear that section up a little bit, but please do send a ticket if you haven't already.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the addition of the soul wars tracks means I can no longer use my music cape. As the promotional preview is meant to not effect the main game, could this please be fixed?
You should be able to access the island Soul Wars is on via the portal in Edgeville (or Ferox enclave) which will unlock the music track for you. You just can't access the actual minigame unless you're on a Prime Gaming world.
