Thanks, I've updated our newspost and social channels to reflect that we're still investigating issues of reports from players experiencing the same issues. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience caused, we're trying to pinpoint the issue. Any repro steps are helpful. I can confirm that this isn't happening in all cases, there are just a small numbers of cases this is affecting.

This should already be fixed. Please let me know if it's continuing to happen and I'll bring it up to the team!

Edit: We're thinking since it's fixed for most people, you may just need to log back out and log back in? Not too sure.

We've updated the newspost now (16:20) as we realized the first hotfix didn't completely fix the issue. I would recommend to leave the instance and open a new one if you're still experiencing issues. Let me know if issues persist after that.

Edit: Apologies, it seems that there are bugs remaining for a few players now. I have updated the newspost and our social channels accordingly. We're still investigating why this is happening to some players.

Hmm, could you try completely leaving PNM and re-entering? I think there may be an issue where you're using an older version of the instance.

TOB Entry mode can be completed and performed without having to do the new Quest. :-)

Thanks for bringing this to our attention guys! So, I've brought this up with the team and it looks like it will take longer to change this because it involves changing task tiers post-launch rather than a simple bug fix.

Changing this will definitely not be possible by next week. I can't commit to a date when we can look at it, but it is noted and we acknowledge the issue.

People aren't allowed to make their own journeys through the achievements. You complete one tier then move to the another. you cant choose to do X bosses then move on to the next simply because you dont get any rewards that way.

I hear you. That is separate feedback which I feel is unrelated to the point above. Your feedback is about player choice feeling limited, which we've already addressed on our livestream (15:20). Hey! We're absolutely aware of this feedback and have discussed it as well as addressed this on our livestream yesterday. (Check out 15:20 - What are the team's thoughts on changing the Combat Achievements from a Diary design to a League Points design?).

There's scope for the rewards to change in this way but there's many additional things to consider. It would be a huge amount of work for us to do right now and it's a bit too soon to rewrite the rewards structure ~2 days post-release. Check out Husky's response for more info! <3

Is this still the plan? Or has this been scrapped?

Thanks! Much appreciated. It hasn't been scrapped at all! The plan is still to release the new TOB Quest for next week's game update.

It's going to be really good, and I think players will really enjoy it. :D

What about Holy Water and the new Arceuus demonbane spells?

I believe that for time reasons, we won't be able to offer these at the moment. It's a possibility for the future but we need to balance this against delivering other projects. For example, Mod Husky is the main developer for Combat Achievements and his next project is DMM. Therefore, we won't be able to action all bits of feedback. We'll try to do as much as we can and hit the main problem areas, fix any bugs that arise, etc.
