Hey guys, thank you for raising this to us. We're currently investigating this issue as an immediate priority. We will let you know as soon as it's fixed. Really sorry for the inconvenience caused.

EDIT: Servers are coming back online, most players will be able to login and we'll have the remaining ones online again as soon as possible. I would advise to not do any risky content just yet because we'd like to ensure all the servers are OK.

EDIT 2: We see reports of worlds going offline again, it's being investigated. Again we are really sorry for this.

Hey, this came up in discussion a few weeks ago as we understand that players want to preserve their very first 99s.
There's no way we can retrospectively give people back their untrimmed capes, but we understand the sentiment and are open to allowing players to store their very first untrimmed cape in their POH in the future. This would be a polled question and would be very clear that we can't apply this retrospectively. It hasn't quite been fleshed out, but it's in the works. In regards to your suggestion, I'm really sorry but there's no way we can tell which your first 99 was so we couldn't implement it in the way you'd want it, but we can try to do so for future players if it passed a poll.

This ban has been reviewed individually by a member of staff and confirmed as correct, unfortunately mate. I can't justify asking the team to review these types of issues if I'm going to have cases where they've come back as correct reports and not to do with Steam. I kindly ask that you guys please only tag me if your issue is related to Steam - there is an appeals process for bans otherwise. If it's unappealable this is usually because we are 100% sure that TOS has been broken and in this case, it was apparently.

Thank-you so much. Is there a chance you, or someone at Jagex, can make a post or something about it over in the Steam forums? There's some people there in similar situations but getting labeled liars and cheaters without any proof.

Thankyou again!

Thank you so much for letting me know, yes will absolutely respond on the Steam Forums. I apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

Hey thanks for raising this and thank you for tagging me. We're extremely sorry, your account got flagged incorrectly. I can't explain the reasoning behind why it got flagged to us, as it would lead to people who are actually doing bad things to further get around the system. The Anti-Cheating team is making changes to prevent further Steam accounts getting flagged in this way. We apologise.
