Hi there! If I'm understanding your issue here correctly, you don't always receive that exact same error based on entering an incorrect username or password - only in certain instances. In particular, it sounds like you tried to enter your email address (which is both too long and contains special characters, neither of which are allowed for usernames), so you received the message regarding length and complexity requirements. If you were to just enter a username and/or password that were invalid, you receive the error message "invalid username or password".

I can understand how that may be a bit confusing based on the error message it provides seeming like it may be talking about your password when it's likely referring to your username (in this case, the fact that you're trying to enter your email address vs. your username), so I'll be sure to share that feedback with the team!

I think a few potential "counterarguments" to this could come from the dynamic nature of the node system, and how much effort it would be to coordinate exactly the same results on different servers. For example, if nodes were levelled up in even a slightly different order, the vassal levels would look different meaning significantly different content could be unlocked across a similar area. In the original Dev Discussion thread, we certainly didn't mean to dump folks into one of two buckets - hence why we asked "what's your view", so you all could feel free to expand on it in whichever way you'd like! That being said, we definitely appreciate seeing some of the additional follow-up here on how to reframe possibilities for overgearing, which on its own likely has some immediate negative connotations for certain folks <3

I'm a big fan of the cape/cloak life as well, especially since for the majority of the time you're likely staring at the back of your character! Here's a quick look at some of the capes/cloaks we've revealed so far, including those that players were able to unlock in Apocalypse: https://ashesofcreation.wiki/Cloaks

And yes, there has only been one instance of "wings" so far that I'm aware of, and it's very specifically for that Angelic racial appearance that transforms your whole appearance and was included with the original Kickstarter tiers alongside the Demonic one.

Honestly, one thing that has bugged me greatly, to the point of annoyance is the animations in Ashes. I love the game and the concept. But during the castle sieges and stuff they've shown I could barely see the character Steven controlled. Never-mind the other players. Never-mind recognising a cast and have a chance to react accordingly.

As we mentioned both before and after the segment that highlighted recent Castle Siege footage during our live stream, and we do our best to continue to reiterate in a variety of places, all of the animations and FX you've seen so far are works in progress/placeholder that will continue to be improved upon as we continue down the testing path! Hiya - if we're talking just from a pure frame rate perspective (which is what it appears the OP's question is about), there weren't any forced FPS caps/limits in place during Apocalypse testing - though some folks may recall that you could set an optional frame rate limit for yourself if you liked.

In terms of testing that performance from a client perspective as well as keeping latency in mind, that will all be something we look for your continued feedback on in our upcoming test sessions <3

Hiya! Looks like some folks in this thread have already brought up some great points around the majority of dungeons being open vs. instanced, so you all will likely be exploring quite a bit to find a good spot that works best for you and your group. Plus, you never know what loot might be hiding around that next corner! ;)

There are certainly a lot of variables to consider in terms of power balance for both dungeons and raids as well, so I'm sure we'll be asking for all of your detailed feedback on tuning those knobs as we get deeper into testing <3

Love seeing all the in-depth follow-up questions and ideas the lore from the Extra Life stream has already generated <3 while I know that much of this is being kept close to Steven's heart prior to launch so that you have a chance to discover it for yourself in-game, perhaps you'd like to drop one of these in an upcoming live stream Q&A thread to see if you can pick his brain further in the meantime ;)
