G15 errors: Over the past few weeks, we've added loads of logging, pored over code submissions, and continue to search for the source of our G15 issues. A G15 is the error you see when you can't connect through your "gateway" to the server. This is not something that's wrong with your computer or connection. The only "fix" is to wait for a while and try again later. However, we do have a bandaid in place that should cut down on G15 issues substantially, by shutting down broken gateways after enough connections get stuck on it.

With the summer months right around the corner, I wanted to revisit the roadmap with an eye to what's currently in development, and what you'll see in the next leg of PS2's development. Today we implemented a potential fix for outfit members being removed from their outfit unexpectedly. Once the fix has been confirmed, we will begin working on reinstating lost loyalty ranks. If you continue to experience unexpected outfit ejections, please report it to us. Thanks!

All PC & PS4 servers will come down Wednesday, April 20, at the following times: PC: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM PDT. / 3:00 PM. - 6:00 PM CEST (Service Maintenance) PS4: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM PDT. / 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM CEST (Service Maintenance and Arsenal Update) During these times all store purchase options including those on our website will be offline. We continue to investigate the G15 crashes at this time. Gateways continue to be restarted however we are still looking into better solutions to mitigate the occurrences. Further updates will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

We are investigating reports about players being removed from outfits without being officially kicked. This issue results in the player having their loyalty rank reset. Some players find that re-logging back into the game will bring them back into the outfit, however the loyalty rank may remain reset to 1. Further updates will be posted as they arrive.

As we continue to monitor the server for further gateway hiccups, the team will continue to look into further permanent solutions to this problem. In the meantime temporary fixes are in place to reduce the amount of G15 errors on live. We want to invite you all to play the game this weekend as we will be hosting another double XP event for all. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience the G15 crashes have caused you.

G15 errors: We're currently experiencing intermittent issues with gateways getting into a bad state. Sometimes a gateway will stop letting traffic through, which means that certain people won't be able to reach the server (resulting in the G15 error.) Those bad gateways need to be restarted manually after a problem is identified. We've added additional logging to the Live environment that will help us diagnose the cause of these gateway collapses. We're trying to stay on top of these problems as best as our current resources allow, but we can look for a more permanent fix once the data comes in.

We're aware of extremely high latency for players connecting to Connery from Asia, Australia and possibly elsewhere. This may be due to routing issues from those environments. Please refrain from reporting this further until we post another update. Further updates will be shared in this thread. We will be having a hotfix tomorrow to address the hitching on the server and we'll have a note about the G15 progress later today.
